In addition to its development role, Worldshine has direct experience operating senior service programs in Montgomery County, Prince George’s County and Frederick County. As a developer with practical operational experience, Worldshine positions its projects to be both buildable and operable, aligning design, regulatory requirements, and long-term use from the outset of development.
